Q: How do we book?

A: Firstly choose the villas you are most interested in and email us using the link on the “Contact Us” page with the dates which you require. We will reply to you very quickly as to the status of the villa you requested.

Q: How many people can stay in the villa?

A: Whispering Palms the maximum is 12. There are beds in the 6 bedrooms to sleep 12. In the Reunion villas the maximum is 10 in either villa.

Q: What entertainment is provided?

A: Each villa is fitted with cable T.V. All the lounges have DVD players. In Formosa the bedrooms all have 20” TV / DVD combos and a 56” main TV in the lounge. There is also a games room in Formosa Gardens with a large T.V and play station, pool table, bar football, and air hockey.

In the Big Blue House the lounges have 27” LCD TV's and 20” LCD TV's in each bedroom.

Q: Are towels provided?

A: All towels and linen are provided, with the exception of beach towels.

Q: How do we enter the property on arrival?

A: At Whispering Palms the front door has a coded entrance. You will be issued with this code prior to arrival. This code changes after every guest departure by the management company. In Reunion , you need to go to the main resort check-in which is located in the golf clubhouse. You will then be issued with a computer swipe card which allows you access to the villas for the duration of your stay.

Q: How far is it to Disney World?

A: It's a 5-10 minute drive to the gates of Disney World depending on the volume of traffic. Formosa Gardens is 2 miles from the main gate and Reunion is approximately 4 miles from the main gate.

Q: Are the pool and spa heated?

A: Pool and spa heating is available as an option. Normally heating is recommended from October through to April. Please arrange for pool heating at the time of booking. If you arrive at the villa and decide to have pool heat then you must accept that it will take a minimum of 24 hours to heat. The heat charge will start from the day you requested the heat.

Q: Are there stores nearby?

A: Yes, Formosa Gardens is 500m from the 192 where a large supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, shops are located. Reunion is only 500m from the main supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy and shops at Championsgate.

Q:Why did you choose the locations ( Formosa Gardens and Reunion ) for your villas?

A: We looked at lots of different sites before choosing Formosa Gardens and Reunion . In our opinion we felt Formosa was the best location for Disney and has the largest house plots available in comparison to the other developments. Formosa gives you a feel of space and quality, and is protected by a large gated entrance. Reunion is the best Golf destination in Orlando , and being only 10minutes from Disney made it a fabulous location for a holiday. Reunion is a 5 star resort with excellent facilities including water parks, Tennis, Horse Riding and Golf. Both locations are very convenient for Disney, Universal studios, have convenient shopping nearby, have good restaurants nearby, but also be quiet and peaceful.

Q: What do we do if we have a problem or something doesn't work?

A: Call the management company. They are based locally and will sort things out. The call out number is 24 hour - but we would ask that calls in the middle of the night are for real emergencies only - they need some sleep as well!

Q: Will we get a sun tan through the bug screen?

A: Yes. Our villa in Formosa Gardens has a screened pool which keeps out the bugs, but has virtually no effect on the sunlight - so remember the suntan lotion!

Q: Is smoking allowed?

A: Smoking is not allowed in any of our villas. In Florida you will find that smoking is not allowed in public places, and there is a total smoking ban within the airports.
